In 1952, Halim Kurban- the KURBAN Group president launched his first travel shop in downtown Beirut. In 1965, we open in Jerusalem, after a decade of hard work for Pan American Airways in Iraq and Lebanon.
However, being a born entrepreneur, Halim Kurban continued to develop from one country to another, building businesses in Saudi Arabia, France and Canada.
Having become one of the pioneers of travel in the Middle East, AVIS Rent a Car gave its confidence to Halim Kurban as its agent for Lebanon in 1965.
The KURBAN Group is very active in the field of travel and transport, as it constantly strives to develop itself in Lebanon and in the region through new investments and acquisitions.
